Patient's Application Form. Depending
on the option you choose, our doctors will reply to you
by email or call you. During this preliminary consultation
a doctor will guide you through your entire treatment process
and discuss the physicians and hospitals that provide world
class healthcare. Be prepared to share your medical records
through our password protected folder for a better understanding
and evaluation of your current health condition. You will
also be required to complete a registration form ( no further
information required ) We safeguard your privacy with a
password-protected registration form that is accessible
only to the personnel you authorize.
Step 2:
Within 24 - 48 hours of your first conversation or submission
of your medical records, our health care practitioners will
outline a few options best suited for your treatment and
draft an estimate of cost.
Step 3:
To help you make the right decision and attain peace
of mind, our medical professional consultants can forward
your questions and concerns to surgeons abroad. At your
request, our consultant can arrange a teleconference that
enables you to speak directly with the doctor of your choice
(for your comfort, we encourage you to invite your family
physician to be a part of this call).
Step 4:
Once you have completed your consultation and have decided
on a doctor, we will be glad to coordinate with the hospital
for an admission date that is best suited to you.
You are required to fill out the
consent form
in order to pursue the rest of the necessary travel arrangements.
Step 5:
You must have the proper documentation to travel to India,
Thailand or Singapore. Our healthcare consultant will arrange
for necessary documents from the hospital to apply for your
visa and guide you through the process

Step 6:
In cooperation with an extensive network of travel
agencies, our health care consultant will help book
your flights and hotel accommodation and arrange
sightseeing trips. Tickets can be paid by credit or debit card. Tickets will be
delivered to you by regular mail or email for electronic
tickets.
You are now all set to travel abroad for treatment, When
all your documentation is complete, our facilitator will
go over a checklist with you to ensure you are prepared
to travel abroad. Please remember to bring all your original
medical reports.
Step 7:
Upon arriving at your destination you will be greeted
by our friendly and capable staff, who will make sure that
all your special needs are met. You will be fast-tracked
through customs and quickly chauffeured to the hospital.
Our staff will assist with the hospital registration process.
Patients are advised to make the payment to the hospital.
Payments for medical procedures are made directly to the
hospitals upon admission. Payments can be made in cash (U.S.
dollars or Indian rupees, by bank transfers or through your
debit or credit card). Our hospitals accept Visa, Master
Card, and American Express.
Please keep in mind that you are not charged extra for
our services. We receive support from the hospital.
Tax Benefits
Patients who travel abroad for medical treatment are
entitled to a tax write-off on their procedure. Please speak
to your accountant to discover how you may qualify.
If you have opted for additional services such as sightseeing,
round-the-clock nursing or any of the companion programs,
payments must be made with our office representative before
the services can be rendered.
At the hospital, you can expect top-notch care and services,
including:
Physician, nursing and attendant care
Medication (some exceptions may apply)
Meals
Laundry service
Shuttle service for you and your traveling companion
Internet-ready suites and rooms
Step 8:
Upon admission your consultant will meet you and discuss
the proposed medical procedure in detail and start any initial
treatment.
Recovery
You will be given plenty of time to rest after your treatment
in order to make a complete recovery. Your Doctor will visit
you regularly to check on your general condition and ensure
proper healing. Depending on your procedure, a physiotherapy
program may be included.
Hospital Discharge
You will be discharged from the hospital as soon as your
doctor determines you have healed sufficiently and are ready
to travel. Your doctor will provide you with comprehensive
notes, including scans, reports and CD's of your procedure.
These documents will be given to you. A chauffeur
will drive you either to the airport or to a hotel for additional
recuperation. All of our resorts and hotels are conveniently
located near the hospital. You will be able to relax
and rejuvenate in tranquil surroundings. On doctors
orders, you may participate in Ayurveda, yoga and meditation.
After Care and Follow-Up
Following your return home, our doctors can speak with
your GP or hospital consultant, and provide them with any
additional information they need about your procedure. You
will also be automatically enrolled in our follow-up program
in which our doctors keep in touch with you. If necessary,
our health care consultant will coordinate with the treating
doctor or arrange for a teleconference for further consultation
and guidance.
