1997, till date-Senior Consultant, Plastic Surgery, Vidyasagar Institute of Neurosciences and Mental Health, (VIMHANS) New Delhi, India A Specialty Neurosciences hospital for tertiary care in neurosciences and neurotrauma, orthopedics and plastic surgery.

May 1991 onwards- Upto 1995, as Consultant, Plastic Surgery, Unit 1, Jaipur Golden Hospital, New Delhi, India. - a 250 bedded hospital. During this period, coordinated in developing the three units into a department, including initiating and starting micro-vascular and reconstructive micro-surgery.

Unto 2002, as Chief Consultant, Plastic Surgery, NOIDA Medicare Centre, NOIDA, India. During this period, performed some of the first micro-vascular repairs, replantations, reconstructive microsurgeries, free-tissue transfers and Cosmetic Surgery in Western UP.
